I created this together with my co-founder with a simple idea in mind — that the place where you work at home should be as considered as any other room in it. Not just functional, but genuinely beautiful. The kind of space that makes you want to sit down.

A few years ago I found myself doing what most people do when they're trying to put together a home office they're actually proud of — hours of searching, dozens of tabs open, and nothing that felt right.

The high street offered the obvious. The big interiors retailers offered more of the same, just at a higher price. What I wanted were pieces with a genuine story behind them — designed by someone, made somewhere, with a point of view. Furniture that would still feel considered in ten years' time.

My co-founder has spent years working with some of Europe's most accomplished furniture makers. Through that relationship, we knew the pieces existed. They just weren't easy to find in the UK, particularly online. So we decided to do something about it.

Tomorrow Design Shop is a carefully edited collection of European designer furniture for the home office. Every piece we stock has earned its place — whether through its design heritage, the reputation of the studio behind it, or the kind of quiet craftsmanship that you notice every time you sit down to work.

We stock Alias, MIDJ, and Gebrüder Thonet Vienna alongside our own Shelter desk, which was awarded the Platinum A' Design Award — the highest distinction in international design.
